Private account details
We use your first and last names, date of birth and email for account management and eligibility. They are private to you, the verified Owner and explicitly authorized Co-Owners. Moderators, ordinary administrators and other players cannot access these fields.
Public player identity
Your username appears in games, chats and player listings. Profile details and match history follow your privacy settings. Your real name is not automatically used as a public name.
Age verification
Applicants under 13 cannot create accounts. Rejected dates of birth are not stored. Accepted account dates are protected; corrections require independent authorized review.
Security and calls
Passwords are handled by the account authentication service, not saved in player records. We keep account sign-in activity and staff-access audit records. Call media is not recorded by the application. Authorized staff joins are visible and reason-required.
